AOL have cut the price of their 8mb broadband service to just £4.99 a month for the first 3 months.

New customers who sign up before June 27th will only have to pay £4.99 a month for the first 3 months of the AOL broadband service.

The AOL 8Mb broadband package includes a 10GB download allowance, a free wireless router, and is available either as a standalone service or as a bundle including home phone calls.

New customers who sign up to the standalone AOL broadband package will pay £4.99 for the first 3 months, followed by £14.99 thereafter.

Although customers who opt for the broadband and home phone calls bundle will only pay £12.99 a month thereafter for the remainder of the 18 month contract.

AOL broadband is owned by TalkTalk and serves over 1.7 million UK customers.
