Sky have this week launched a new standalone broadband service which is available for just £10 a month.

The new Sky Broadband Unlimited package offers unlimited downloads, and is one of the cheapest broadband deals in its class.

Priced at just £10 a month, Sky Broadband Unlimited includes free evening and weekend calls with Sky Talk Freetime, and customers don’t even have to change their line rental over to Sky. Although should you decide to, the line rental cost will add an extra £11 a month onto the bill.

Current Sky TV customers can add the Sky Unlimited broadband package onto their current package for an additional £7.50 a month.

Sky Broadband 6 Months Free Offer

Sky Broadband are currently offering new customers the chance to save over £60 as part of their huge 6 months free 20Mb broadband deal.

Their 20Mb unlimited broadband package (100% unlimited, no fair usage policies) is usually priced at £10 a month when taken with their Sky Talk package, but Sky is now offering new customers 20Mb Sky Broadband free for the first 6 months when they sign up to any one of Sky’s Digital TV and home phone bundles.

The 6 month free offer expires 31st May and is open to new and existing customers who are adding a broadband package to their existing Sky services.

New customers to Sky will be able to receive the 6 months free 20Mb broadband when they join Sky TV along with Sky line rental of £11 a month, and either Sky Talk Freetime or Sky Talk Unlimited packages.

Existing Sky customers who already have a Sky TV and home phone bundle but no broadband can also take advantage of the 6 months free offer.

Sky Broadband £50 Marks & Spencer Voucher Deal

Sky broadband are currently offering new customers a free £50 voucher when they sign up to their triple play broadband bundles.

The £50 Marks & Spencer voucher offer is only valid until March 25th 2010, and applies to all Sky’s broadband bundles that include a home broadband connection, with a choice of premium digital TV content and a home phone service.

The £50 voucher will be sent out to new subscribers within 45 days of activating their Sky TV services. The Sky triple play bundles are supplied with a free wireless router, free Sky+ box and will free installation too (usually priced at £30).

One of the packages included in the deal is the Sky+ Starter bundle. Priced at just £18 per month, the Sky+ Starter package includes a broadband connection of up to 2MB with a 2GB monthly download allowance and free weekend and evening calls to UK landlines.

As part of the triple play bundles, customers can choose an entertainment pack from a selection of six on offer. These include a selection of Variety, Knowledge, News & Events, Style & Culture, Children’s and Music.

Sky are also including a range of broadband TV bundles including HD channels in the free £50 voucher too.

Priced at just £28 per month, this includes gets a free wireless router, free standard set up, an up-to-2Mb broadband connection (depending on location) and free off-peak calls and a choice of one of the six TV packs. However, instead of a standard Sky box, the HD edition is provided to allow takers to view the broadcaster’s programming in rich HD.
